Ask before choosing a plan
- Does Starter cover the actual engine your audience uses?
- How much historical data and how many prompts are included?
- Are you buying a measurement platform, hands-on remediation, or both? Confirm the scope.
Compare methods, not just scores
Ask how prompts are chosen, which models and tools are used, how often answers are sampled, and whether raw citations are retained. A reported mention rate only makes sense alongside its prompt set and sample count. API output can differ from the answers a person sees in an app.
