What the waitlist stores
We collect your normalized email address, role, plan interest and optional website origin (scheme and domain). The site validates the website format; it does not fetch the submitted website. We also record consent and signup timestamps, any campaign source, medium, campaign, term and content values, and a referring domain when available.
We do not store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs or the path and query from your optional website. Please do not put confidential or personal information in campaign parameters. Logs do not contain your submitted form content. There is no upload interface, and we do not train models on your details or sell your data.
Why we keep it and for how long
We use these details to understand interest in the proposed plans and to contact you about this product’s launch. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not create a paid subscription. Unconverted waitlist entries are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted through an operator retention review.
You can withdraw your consent or request deletion by emailing contact@citevisor.com from the address used to sign up. We may ask for enough information to verify the request before deleting a record.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the landing page and stores waitlist records in D1. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions to reduce automated abuse. Turnstile receives the technical information needed for verification under Cloudflare’s own privacy practices; our waitlist database does not retain raw IP addresses.
If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and on-site interactions such as scrolling, outbound link clicks and the two events described below; if Google Ads measurement is configured, Google also processes those two events for advertising measurement. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. Final controller identity, any required DPA and regional transfer terms must be confirmed before a public launch.
Cookies and your choice
Your accept or reject choice is stored locally in this browser as citevisor_ad_consent. It is separate from your waitlist consent. Google Analytics and any Google Ads tags load only after acceptance. Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart, analytics event data is kept for two months and user-level analytics data for up to 14 months. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Besides page views and standard interaction events, we send only waitlist_submit after a successful signup and presale_click when the presale button is clicked; we do not send the email, website or form answers to Google.
Rejecting optional cookies leaves the signup available and loads no Google tag. Clear this site’s browser storage to choose again. Turnstile is used to protect signup whether or not optional advertising measurement is accepted. No other analytics tracker is installed.
External checkout and browser tool
If a presale checkout is configured, it opens an external HTTPS page whose operator provides its own offer, privacy policy and payment terms. Without a checkout URL, the button leads to the waitlist and takes no payment. This page contains no payment SDK.
The crawler rule generator runs in your browser. It does not fetch your site, upload the generated rules or change your existing robots.txt file.
Local full mode is separate
The undeployed Phase 1 full build stores public website URLs, brand names, prompts, answers, citations and email unlock details in the operator’s local SQLite database and monitoring reports. Its report deletion control removes associated records. Refreshing its browser loses the in-memory deletion credential; the local operator then handles any remaining record. MOCK mode uses synthetic data and makes no website or paid-model request. This full build is excluded from the landing Worker.
